• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Business Center.
• Setting goals, achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Delegate tasks and receive weekly reports from the sales team.

• Get exclusive deals and negotiate terms and conditions.
• Arrange valuation reports for projects and provide consultations for developers.
• Represent the company in seminars, exhibitions and events.
• Manage the day to day running of the branch, focusing on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Supervise the supermarket and ensure all operations are working properly.
• Supervise the staff and fulfilling staff needs in their regular hours, maintain motivation and ensure positive work environment through communication, incentives and evaluations.
• Confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts and ensures reports are submitted as prescribed by company policies.
• Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.
• Ensures inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.
• Collaborates with the regional manager to develop, coordinate and identify cost-effective advertising and hiring strategies.
• Lease the available spaces and stands for the suppliers and manage their promoter’s time efficiency.
• Use the Company CRM to ensure data entry, manage the stock and get weekly reports.
