- Evaluate the chemical, mechanical, and operational factors impact on cooling systems and propose solutions to attain optimum performance - Check and perform calibration on online measurement instruments, i.e., 3D TRASAR™ - Perform water Analysis of crucial parameters at the site and assess the treatment program performance - Achieve the company’s KPIs on Water Quality Services - Design, Implement, and Troubleshoot Chemical Treatment Programs for Water Applications - Install and perform corrosion rates measurements and assessment on corrosion coupons - Experienced in direct and indirect cooling systems of an integrated steel plant (Midrex DRI, electric arc furnace cooling, caster and rolling mills) - Engage with the client to improve asset life (in terms of corrosion), asset reliability (increase plant run length), and sustainability (water savings) o Completed projects worth 2.1 M USD for the client o Sustainability efforts leading to savings of 5000 m3 of water annually for the client - Field in charge of maintaining water systems at peak performance to sustain/increase productivity
- Monthly and quarterly reporting showing services performed presents reports and reviews internally and for customer personnel - Support the sales department in startup new applications and troubleshooting - Quick and straightforward simulation of the process to evaluate chemistries and improve performance - Project and people management through plant management activities
