Under the overall supervision of WR and direct supervision of the National Campaign Coordinator PEI and AFO following responsibilities are
1. Receives and screens correspondence and provides necessary back-up information and maintain the record of various activities organized by the campaign cell.
2. Drafts and prepares correspondence of routine nature for the supervisor's signatures, checking enclosures and addresses etc;
3. Arranges appointments, receives visitors, screen telephone calls, responds to routine requests for information.
4. Makes travel and security clearance arrangements for the staff working in campaign cell
5. Assist in preparing Logistic and training plan for SIAs, draft various letters to be signed by the NPM regarding various Campaign related activities.
6. Assist in following up with provincial and districts levels the receipts of all logistic items for every SIA to ensure the running of the activity
7. Assist in sending different social mobilization, communications, training and campaign related materials along with vaccine and follows up its delivery to the quarters concerned.
8. Assist in getting reported coverage from all the districts and its compilation and assist in organizing various meeting arranged by PEI
Responsible to Post daily dispatches of WFP food and non-food commodities in the corporate system; monitor the correct use and quantity as per loading orders.
Prepare reports as frequently and promptly as required.
Maintain filing systems and archives for swift and easy retrieval of information.
Analyze data from WFP’s information systems and report any discrepancies or irregularities to the data manager.
Send and receive data transmissions as requested to do so by the immediate supervisor
Ensure all Dispatch Ex- Hubs have been recorded timely in COMPAS, if not necessary follow-up made with responsible staff.
Produce CDR for all dispatches on a timely basis.
Respond to queries regarding commodities to staff in the unit and elsewhere within the Programme.
Share Replication with CO and Get updates of COMPAS in the form of replication.
Back Up of Data Base of COMPAS.Installation and up gradation of COMPAS Software:
Responsible for operating company servers, emailing systems, and homepages
Oversees the implementation of data security system at the corporate level
Oversees and decides on all IT-related purchasing and budget usage
Decides which software and hardware products and other equipment are most suited for use in the infrastructure
Anticipates future network needs, identifies proactive solutions to satisfy needs.
Oversees the management of help desk activities and resolves escalated issues if necessary
Managing company online assets
Supporting development projects
Supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in on-line issues
Managing the IT department
Solve/handle tenants issue related to: Internet, Mail, OS, etc.
Handle VoIP Devices/Servers (Avaya/Cisco Phone Devices)
Troubleshoot, Configuration, & Monitor Network & Servers (Internet, Firewall, Wifi, DNS, DHCP, AD, Router, Switches, VLAN, Access Points etc.)
Handle staff issues related to IT: Solving bugs related to MS office, windows, drivers, hanging, slowness, format etc.
Handle printer issue
Prepare Laptops for new staffs
Get quotations for IT related stuff (currently office 2010, laptops, cartridges, etc.)
Follow up IT tasks (for e.g. Fax, quotations, troubleshooting etc.)
Reporting (IT inventory/Monthly Reports and other documents)
Do other task: Propose/solve IT solution to tenant etc.
Monitor\Configure Backup

• Installation and Configuration of windows server 2003/2008 Active Directory & Backup
• MIS Report Preparation and report to the DHO.
• Manage backup of data and servers daily or weekly backup from User Computer
• Installation or troubleshooting of Windows XP/Windows Seven 7 / Vista - MS Office 2003/2007
• Setup official email accounts in user’s computer Outlook/Outlook Express Windows Mail
• Ensure that the computer systems, including internet, printers, photocopy machine, camera remain fully functional for all users on a daily basis
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Assist District Health Officer regarding Diseases Census in this District.
• IT Related Support such as Printing, Format making in excel, word, inpage.
• Troubleshooting any reported Desktop problems.
• Insuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
• Writing basic level SQL Queries for Databases.
• Prepare District Monthly report of National Program District Bagh
• Graphically present Indicators of NP such CPR, MMR, IMR etc each month
• Budget Demand /Quarterly expenditure Statement of NP.
• Software Support of HRIS and GIS implementation.
• Re-verify the inspection forms and pictures received from other HRCs and/or M&E; verify forms and pictures for local HRC and/or M&E, and ensure that rejected forms are returned to the respective M&E unit.
• Ensure that inspection forms are scanned before being distributed to DEOs for data entry.
• Carefully monitor the data entry process and making sure all the changes are communicate with the team.

• Ensure that the company laptops, desktop and network resources are protected from malicious virus attacks and deploy countermeasures .
