My job description at SPC started from legal adviser at Legal Dept and ended up as a Head of Legal Dept, since I worked there for Fifteen years. My role to deliver legal opinions on deferent aspects of law, including - but not limited to- corporate law, Civil law, Administrative Law, Governance, also to represent the SPC before Courts and Arbitration Tribunal’s and handle all cases type before them. Contributions to some Committees meetings as requested. After promoted to be the Head of Legal Department, my job description has expanded to include, drafting of Contracts, Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Assets Transfer Agreements, Concessions, Regulations, beside attending all Board and Top Management Teams Meetings
This Company is Owned and operates Sudanese Livestock and Fisheries and Vegetables and FruitsTerminals, I gained the honor of formation and Registration of this company, I have drafted the Articles of Association, Regulations, and Shareholders Agreement, in both Arabic and English languages. I provide Legal advice to the Board and senior staff of the company, as requested, and attend Board meetings, beside represent the company before Courts and Arbitration Tribunal’s and other governmental entities.
This Company Core business is operating of Petroleum Terminals at Sudan. I gained the honor of formation and registration of this company. My role as legal adviser was to draft and review the Contracts, including procurement contracts, operational contracts, and logistics contracts, beside handling day- to day legal works.
This company core business is to construct Sea Terminals, where houses, Storage Areas, and Roads, so my job was to draft and review the contracts, and to provide Legal advice timely, beside representing the company in Litigation and Arbitration.
I designated to work as a Legal Adviser for White Nile State, there, I worked as legal adviser for several governmental entities, such as Agricultural Bank of Sudan White Nile Branches, Rabak Province Legislative Council, Ministry of Education White Nile State. beside my core job as Prosecutor at Attorney General Office, Kosti Province.
I awarded PhD in comparative Law with Distinction, My Theses head line is: Principles relating to Salvage of Derelict and Flouting Properties -In Law and Sharia Law.
Very Extensive program, constitute of two examination terms and legislation drafting and dissertation.
I awarded LLM of comparative Law with Distinction. My dissertation head line is: The Base of Responsibility of Contribution in General Average - In Law& Islamic Sharia Law.
The course comprise of four years study, and Graduation Research.
