• Information Technology Professional with 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management & Operations, People Management, Vendor management, IT budgeting and budget controls, IT asset procurement, management and deployments, creating technical documentations and user guide, technical training, Experience & Knowledge in IT Ticketing and Change management. Broad knowledge of architecture domains, including business, application, infrastructure and security architectures. Extensive practical knowledge of complex system builds and managing IT Infrastructure, Network and Security, maintain policies and associated training plans for network resource administration and appropriate use. Utilizes communication skills to build meaningful trusting relationships that exceed demands. Practice network asset management, maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation. Serve as a focal point of contact for the information security team and the customer or organization.
