Working at Hassyan Clean Coal Power Plant Project 2.4 GW, Responsibilities:
• Trouble-shoot and diagnose problems and perform maintenance on equipment under his jurisdiction, include ABB Symphony plus DCS, MARK Vie PLC systems (Siemens S300, S1200), Allen Bradly 5710 and Schneider M 580)
• Calibration, configuration for measurement/control instruments hydraulic control and valve actuators.
• Maintain all kind of process analyzers O2, silica, CEMS, pH, conductivity etc.
• Develop and maintain documentation and logs that record performance, problems, repairs, calibrations, tests, checks etc.
• Preparation of material specification, PR for spares and consumables based on budget.

• Implements the Integrated Management system for Quality, Environment and Health and safety System policies.
• Monitor spare parts and inventory for critical instrumentation to ensure availability when required in order to minimize plant availability.
• Coordinate with procurement department in time of procurement and requesting for spares and consumables.

Achievements:
• Completed Combustion inspection of gas turbine, February 2019, I planned maintenance activities and managed team of 7 personnel
• Completed major overhaul of steam turbine HRSG and auxiliaries, February and October 2018. I planned maintenance activities and managed team of 21 personnel.
• Project transfer gas turbines fuel system from LDO to HCGO includes tanks and heating system, December 2017 (Ongoing).
• Completed major overhaul of steam turbine HRSG and auxiliaries, December 2017, and May 2015. I worked as field engineer and supervised all activities on site.
• Completed Hot Gas Path Inspection for gas turbine, January 2016, 2017. I worked as field engineer and supervised all activities on site.
• Completed Project of operation of waste pumps I modified the operation from local manual to Auto, I designed new electric panel and configured the logic on Siemens PLC S-400 and WINCC.
• Assisted senior engineer on Factory Test for Wood Ward 505 governor controller, Hamburg, Germany, September 2015.
