Erection Manager (Saudi Arabia): from 03/12/2017 till present in Nesma United Industries Co. Ltd. (Previously - Nesma Trading Co. Ltd.) Which have turnkey design-build solutions to extremely fast-track industrial and commercial steel-structure projects while maintaining high-quality standards and full customer satisfaction.

1. Apple Distribution Center Project (Ongoing): Erection of Steel / Cladding of Warehouses at Riyadh City with total project value of 150 million SAR.

2. The Village Mall Project (Ongoing): Erection of Steel / Cladding of elevated Warehouses and ETFE skylight structure at Jeddah City with total project value of 400 million SAR.

3. Elixir Pharma Project (Ongoing): Erection of Steel / Cladding for Medical Warehouses at KAEC-Rabigh with total value of 60 million SAR.

4. Makkah Modern Bus Project - MBCO : Erection of Steel / Cladding of Warehouses and Bus parking shade at Makkah City with total value of 150 million SAR.

5. Zahid Business Park: Erection of Steel / Cladding of Warehouses and the utility buildings at Dahaban City with total value of 160 million SAR.

6. Industrial Warehouse -Agility Dammam: Erection of Steel / Cladding of Warehouse at Dammam City with total value of 40 million SAR.

7. Farm Field Core lab - KAUST: Erection of Steel / Cladding of Warehouses and Lab building at Thuwal City with total value of 70 million SAR.

8. National Distribution Center -Binzagr Co.: Which is unique project at the ME with 70km2 of warehouses and 50km2 of high bay building (Automated Racking system) at KAEC-Rabigh with total value of 400 million SAR.

9. Industrial Warehouse -Agility RUH: Erection of Steel / Sheeting of Warehouse at Riyadh City with total value of 50 million SAR.

 Job Responsibility :

 Ensures construction / erection work of assigned project is executed within target time frames agreed with the Project Manager/Site Construction Manager and budgeted cost.
 Optimizes manpower productivity, equipment, and materials allocation, and ensures no materials are wasted on assigned part of site.
 Assigns responsibilities to on-site staff as per directions of Construction Manager and Project Manager.
 Implements the safety requirements in coordination with Safety Officer.
 Interfaces/coordinates with sub-contractors to ensure compliance of project implementation with construction schedule.
 Assists with preparation of construction schedule, manpower histogram, submittal log, and drawing log, and any changes thereof, in coordination with Construction staff and Planning & Cost Control Units for initial project planning.
 Assists with preparation of two-week look ahead schedules for project implementation.
 Coordinates with Project Manager or Site Construction Manager on preparation of all project submittals and drawings.
 Interfaces/follows up with suppliers to verify materials received.
 Issues material requisition forms in coordination with Project Manager/ Construction Manager.
 Oversees purchase and delivery of required materials, and inflow/outflow of site store materials in coordination with Procurement Department.
 Attends weekly meetings with Project Manager/Construction Manager, and Site Engineer(s) for look-ahead plan.
 Attends Client weekly meetings with Project Manager/Construction Manager, for Work coordination.
 Interfaces/interacts with consultants/supervisors on site-related matters and ensures good relations with them.
 Coordinates with the Project Manager against any shop drawings clashes.
 Issues Inspection Request to the QA/QC team to inspect the activities.
 Reviews the Variations/Change Orders/Time extensions with the Project Manager/ Site Construction Manager to give feedback about the impact on the project.
 Assists in the preparation of the project close out reports.

Receipt and supervision of construction works

 Residential Projects : ( 3 Compound ) with total area (3000m2, 5000 m2, 5500m2) (As Site Eng. ) @ Jor.

Job Responsibility :

1-Coordinates with the Site Construction Manager and Superintendent/Foreman to optimize allocation of manpower, material and equipment for assigned projects
2-Responsible for the timely delivery of required site forms (within 48 hours) including all Material delivery notes (with authorized signature and ID number), Master Labor Card, and Daily Activity Report and other information as required for Projects Control.
3-Orders material and equipment as needed and approved by the Site Construction Manager.
4-Coordinates the purchasing and delivery of required material for his projects with Procurement.
5-Ensures that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and that they are fully enforced.
6-Monitors all subcontractor works to ensure their compliance with the job specifications and time plan. 7-Ensures controlled material/equipment wastage at site.
8-Responsible for monitoring and analyzing labor attendance and productivity.
9-Assists Site Construction Manager in preparing look-ahead schedules for his projects.
10-Assists Site Construction Manager in updating progress on site to Planning on a weekly basis.
11-Ensures his site image is in compliance with Company standards and policies.
12-Assists in the issuance of information required for the weekly and monthly progress reports and progress photographs.
13-Translates look ahead programs with Site Construction Manager to working schedules for the site supervisory staff.
14-Maintains a digital photo data base of the site to meet record requirements and management defined marketing needs.
15-Conducts daily meetings with site staff to organize work scope for the day/next day
16-Coordinates with Engineering for the delivery of Shop Drawings, Revised Details and As-Built Drawings for his projects.
