Field Program officer
1. Assist in the development and oversight of daily activities and assist in implementing ECD & YEP activities.
2. Work & collaborate with M&E to ensure timely collection and reporting of all data required from the field.
3. Ensure timely delivery and availability of program supplies.
4. Assist & work with program managers and logistic teams to come together and develop and update procurement plans for each location
5. Assist and work with the relevant program and logistics officers and ensure timely preparation and implementation of realistic monthly cash projections linked to work and procurement plans
6. Ensure all resources and supplies are received, stored, and dispatched in accordance with IMC’s procedures and are used judiciously for their intended purposes.
7. Ensure relevant program guidelines, manuals, forms, posters, etc. are available in each of the workplaces (i.e. IASC materials, IMC service guides, protection guidelines)
*Child friendly space work shop.
* Responsible for20 employees in three geographically dispersed centers in the cites ( ajloun, jarash and alkafrain ) .
*Responsible for child protection commity(Community Commission). in three centers .
* Coordinates with the Office for the Cooperation of Humanitarian Affairs (coopeta) in allocating resources to a target population, the majority being Syrian refugees.
* Asses the current need of various communities in Jordan and coordinates with several humanitarian organizations to accommodate the growing social needs of said communities.
* Identify target group for resources such as educational programs, emotional and mental health services, and financial assistance, as part of humanitarian aid allocated to the
Plans and implements community and youth development programs in small communities while adhering to the mission of the organizations involved.
A volunteer in " youth commission at The Princess Basma Centre for Human Development" since 2002, working on local development and sustainable development of local community, Participation in training, and many of activities.
