• Developed and implement company’s financial strategies and business plans in close collaboration with different business units.

• Managing the full finance and accounting functions including the approvals of all payments and expense claims according to the authority matrix.
• Chairman of ALCO committee and manage overall assets and liabilities of the company including repossessed assets.
• Monitoring and supervising the internal and external audits process.
• Developing policies and procedures for financial control, assets management function and enhancing systems in use.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships with various stakeholders.
• Manage Zakat and Tax file and handling all related matters.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance and internal audit departments to insure the company compliance with SCB rules and regulations.

Successful lunching of new lending software (Kastle software), improving the accounting and reporting system (Orion Software), developing of different features loan calculators, implementing daily cash management system and portfolio management system, successful issuing of annual financial reports, reducing the cost of funds and operations, heavily involvement in the IPO project of the company, solving several tax and zakat issues.
• Manage and supervise the daily work of the finance team including accounting related activities, GL accounts, reconciliations and ensuring a timely and effective month end closing.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports before submitting to CFO/CEO.
