• Review and control all financial covenants and regulators requirements and make sure that legislative requirements are fulfilled.
• Managing the company’s liquidity needs and position on daily and monthly base.
• Negotiating the prices and loan terms for new credit lines with banks.
• Managing the full finance and accounting functions including the approvals of all payments and expense claims according to the authority matrix.
• Chairman of ALCO committee and manage overall assets and liabilities of the company including repossessed assets.
• Monitoring and supervising the internal and external audits process.
• Developing policies and procedures for financial control, assets management function and enhancing systems in use.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships with various stakeholders.
• Manage Zakat and Tax file and handling all related matters.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance and internal audit departments to insure the company compliance with SCB rules and regulations.
• Support and Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations and achieve the best results for the company and other stakeholders.
• Lead the finance team and provide necessary coaching to improve their capabilities and performance.
• Providing recommendation for products development and product pricing decision.
• Provide necessary support to the CEO and board of directors through its committees and prepare different reports, analysis and research.


Summary achievements:
Successful lunching of new lending software (Kastle software), improving the accounting and reporting system (Orion Software), developing of different features loan calculators, implementing daily cash management system and portfolio management system, successful issuing of annual financial reports, reducing the cost of funds and operations, heavily involvement in the IPO project of the company, solving several tax and zakat issues.
