Responsibilities:
▪ Lead the development of all soft skills training, including career development activities to support
our talent management
▪ Support all new starter onboarding and induction activity.
▪ Design and delivery of all soft skills development programmes in conjunction with the Business
Service Directors and relevant external suppliers, monitoring agreed SLA's and quality of outputs
▪ Provide consultancy/diagnosis of training needs within any part of the business, acting as
development expert and delivering specific pieces of work globally.
▪ Global talent partner for Regions Africa, Middle East and South America
▪ Leading and managing E-learning globally.
▪ Managing Career Development Paths Globally.
▪ Supporting the business functions to develop the talents of their employees.
▪ Running a global campaign to Analyze training needs by working with Regional HR Managers.
▪ Managing Trainees funded by the organization in the National Technical Institutes
▪ Design and delivery of the Fixed Step Program in conjunction
with the HR Director, to support the Company's Progression Plan.
▪ Develop Training Matrix, Training Tracking system and a Gap Analysis for the company.
▪ Sourcing External National and International Training providers.
▪ Building a Talent Management Structure and Managing Training Annual Budget.
▪ Effectively delegate tasks to the team.
▪ Continuously developing the work flow of the Training & Development.
1) Design, author and deliver training assets across a broad range of formats
2) Plan and execute recurring webinars and contribute to captured e-Learning training
3) Carry out structured training programs for internal employees
4) Gather information from product managers, engineers and subject matter experts and compare training assets against the product to ensure completion and accuracy
5) Communications skills: Written communications that rave on to many pages, succinct written communications is the way to go. Not much use having a great message if you cannot get it across.
6) Team-building skills, Time management skills and Sharing.
7) Evaluating the success of individual training and the overall program.
8) Managing regular staff appraisals and reviews and making sure staff have opportunities for ongoing development.
9) Responds to outside inquiries about services offered by the organization. Communicates with other community service agencies and/or ministries regarding client enrolment in and attendance at programs.
Teaching English to all employees who work for anabeeb and assuring that all trainings given by other trainers is up to international training and development standard.
Teaching English as a foreign language in the business and technical field and also giving convocation classes in order to better improve pronunciation of the language.
