• Setting up the re protection strategy to ensure sustainable growth, market
share and protability in order to meet or exceed short and long-term business
objectives.
• Managing the overall performance of the team through coaching, guiding and
support utilizing dierent leadership styles.
• Ongoing monitoring of the team for compliance with the internal process.
• Direct exposure to Hilti global strategies in re protection segment and align
all local strategies.
• Set yearly plan of new testing list in coordination with key market originations
and regional marketing team based on market requirements
• Establish a living Firestop Engineering Judgement process organization,
managing its processes towards ensuring customer satisfaction, quality of
products and services as well as productivity.
• Forecasting future manpower requirements.
• Alignment with UAE re code & Civil defence regulations.

• Implement sales and business development strategies to optimize growth,
market share and profitability to meet or exceed short and long-term business
objectives.
• Provide technical sales support through telephone and email related business
• Create firestop engineering judgments for customers to solve eld problems
• Meet assigned deadlines for task assignments
• Remain current in the knowledge of building codes relative to the application
of Hilti Firestop products
• Understand and apply approvals and listings for Hilti products correctly in
verbal and written communication with customers
• Provide engineering support through the composition of letters regarding
the application of Hilti products for external customers
• Provide Fire Protection Specialists with corporate support and relevant
product information
• Support Chemicals Business Unit with introduction of new products/innovations
(technical review of documents)
• Present training materials to internal and external customers
• Assure internal and external customers receive quality answers to technical inquiries regarding the use and/or application of Hilti Firestop products
• Complete smaller projects (e.g. presentations, small testing projects, etc.) to help
support the activities of Hilti Fire Protection Specialists and sales personnel
• Protect Hilti from liability exposure through utilization of sound engineering
practices
• Ensure the adherence of restop engineering judgments to relevant codes and Hilti
standards.
• Working closely with Firestop Applicators (FSCs) in order to provide the best
approved frestop solutions.
