-Develop strategic planning process and operational strategizing.
-Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of traditional and Agile Projects
-Evaluating business processes and uncovering areas for improvement
-Eliciting requirements and releasing technical specifications
-Serve as project manager on a variety of sales operations projects
-Lead teams to hit milestones, and ensure project status & progress is running well

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Strategize, implement, and manage projects initiative that adheres to organizational objectives.
-Identifying new customers and proposing new solutions for existing customers.
-Designing technical solutions for telecommunication services.
-Advised upper management on technology,
marketing, and design.
-Develop operational plans
-Establishing operation center infrastructure in the main branch and abroad branches.
