• Manage the personnel affairs of Saudi Staff in general, such as issuing different kinds of letters and certificates, handling appointments of new staff, following up with leave and medical leave.
• Handle MenaITech system for all staff (Saudis and Expats) in EP, CP, and WP, in relation to all transactions for the workflow. Also, entering data of new EP employees in MenaITech.
• Manage the requirements of the Labour Office and wage protection system by uploading and following up the data of the staff.
• Handle the process of applying to visas on Taqat website and through Labour Office.
• Atuhorized signatory of the company for Chamber of Commerce, he is taking care of HR related correspondence with the Ministry of Labour, obtaining Training Licenses, updating the information to the GOTIVAT and attending to other matters relating to Saudi staff of the company. We recently sent him to UK for training in Management and Leadership Course and he achieved this Diploma course successfully. As part of company’s policy to train young Saudis to encourage them to take up responsible high positions, it is strongly recommended to approve the above.
Being the authorized signatory of Chamber of Commerce shows great care and responsibility in signing important documents, got HRD Subsidy worth Millions of Riyals for the Company, keeping GOTIVAT updated which is a Ministry requirement, obtained Training Licenses required for running Company’s Training Centre, updating employee information with Ministry of Labour sites, undergone Training in Management and Leadership Skills in UK resulting in more knowledge which boosted the ability to take over higher position in the Company.

• Eligibility Checking: Any new Local/Saudi staff to be recruited checks the eligibility of HRDF subsidy as per the HRDF procedures in co-ordination with Training Manager - SA. If eligible, advise TM-SA to go ahead and select the candidate under HRD scheme.
• Registration with HRDF: Register the recruited employee details in the HRDF on-line system (Position, Salary details, Employee Personal details, etc.) as per the required procedure of HRDF.
• HR and Personnel tasks: Assist in handling all matters related to personnel affairs, from preparation of contracts, following up with leave applications, promotions and resignations, etc. and covering tasks of colleagues in case of their absence.
• Visas on Taqat: Apply for visas on Taqat website and follow up until visas are issued or Saudi staff are provided.
• Payroll Co-ordination (EP): Collect monthly payment proof for trainees (Salary statement, bank transaction details, payments done thru’ CPVs, etc.). Collect evidence of less payment to trainees on account of leave, absenteeism, deductions, etc.
• Wage protection: Follow up and upload salaries monthly to the Labor Office, and registration of all new requests at Taqat website, to get qualified Saudis or extract visas for recruitment of experienced expats.
• Bank Visits: Visit to bank to obtain required authorization and attestation of bank statements and letters.
• HRDF Invoices: Generate monthly Invoices for the trainee employees from the HRDF system. Prepare covering letter for invoice submission. Attach supporting documents for the invoices to be claimed along with evidence of deductions.
• HRDF Office Visits: Submit the invoices to HRDF. Vigorously follow-up for payment. Report any problem/issues faced from HRDF to HR & Personnel Manager.
• Monthly Report: Make monthly report to GM-A/P and HR & Personnel Manager for receipt and balance payment from HRDF.

• Kanoo Training Centre License: Co-ordinate with Training Manager - SA for timely renewal of KTC license from applicable authorities.
• GOTIVAT: Register all trainee names with GOTIVAT recruited under Al Mawahib training programme. Follow-up with GOTIVAT to resolve any issue related to KTC. Be present at KTC during Inspection of KTC office by GOTIVAT.
• Any other work assigned by HR & Personnel Manager.
