Managing the process of the product from the inquiry stage until shipping to the customer for all products in Saudi Cable Co. coordinating with Demurer cable co in Turkey and Midal in Bahrain.
Managing the planning activities, Stores through materials management of Raw materials, work in Process and Finish Products also acting as purchasing manager. for the following Plants

PVC Plant
Reels Plant
Copper Rod Plant.
For Planning activities, forward planning, scheduling and planning the raw materials for the following products for Power cables Plant.

to prepare the master data for implementing full power tools and integrating System Applications Program (SAP) such as production standard rates, lengths, routing etc; and worked closely with Construction Specifications Engineers and Information Technology Team and other Process Leaders from Sales, Materials, Warehouses, Human Resources….etc.
SAP is working in Saudi Cables with full modules such as Production and Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Costing and Control (CO) and Projects. also helping in implement cables design called Avaris system
