MY ROLE AS A POST CONTRACT QS INCLUDES:
• Complete Quantity take off.
• Preparing and submitting variations with proper back up and supporting documents and attending required meetings.
• Preparing enquiries and sending it to sub-contractors.
• Preparing rate comparisons and inviting suppliers for negotiation.
• Keeping the track of the project on progress in the site.
• Managing sub-contractor billing.
• Making payment certificates for the suppliers using ERP system .
• Applying Debit Notes on respective contracts in monthly billing.
• Updating the procurement log by finalizing suppliers well before target date,
• Assisting in technical approvals and submissions,

MY ROLE AS ESTIMATION QS INCLUDES:
• Preparing a brief tender report with scope and other critical details
• Identifying the missing documents
• Rising queries regarding the missing and unclear portions of the tender documents
• Preparing Enquiry packages for all the items and sending it to the respective approved sub-contractors
• Follow ups on the status of the enquiry and checking the technical accuracy of the items priced by them
• Responding to the suppliers queries
• Informing the sub-contractors on the status of the project once they respond
• Complete Civil Quantity take off using professional software
• Drafting the calculated quantities in a standard BOQ format or the given format
• Identifying the missing items in the BOQ and adding them
• Updating the data based on the addendum's and contacting suppliers in this regard
• Preparing tender submission documents and arranging for the submission as directed by the department head.
