4. **Interchange Layout and Design:** Collaborating with engineers and designers to establish precise layouts for interchanges, ramps, and other roadway features. Providing input on alignment, grading, and drainage to optimize functionality and safety.
5. **Protection Works:** Overseeing survey activities related to slope stabilization, erosion control, and environmental protection measures along the highway corridor. Implementing surveying techniques to assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
6. **Quality Control and Assurance:** Implementing rigorous quality control measures to verify the accuracy of survey data and identify any discrepancies or errors. Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
7. **Team Leadership and Training:** Leading a team of surveyors and technicians, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical support as needed. Organizing training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in surveying techniques and software applications.
