Accountabilities
Recently engaged in providing consulting services for a prestigious media project which is spanned over 41 countries of five continents namely Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe & North America. The project envisaged to connect leading ‘Media Houses’ in 41 countries over a high speed network, run media campaigns and uplink a comprehensive beam for one or two major cellular operator having networks within above mentioned 41 countries.
Accountabilities:
Remained responsible for launching a global IT, Telecom & Media Servicing multinational in Pakistan. With an investment portfolio of US$ 60 Millions to initiate Teleporting services in Pakistan, the company was intending create State of Art Uplinking infrastructure along with Studios & other peripheral infrastructure
Following were remained my job responsibilities:
Introduction of new business plan of the company highlighting Right Sizing, Cost cutting and removal of conventional products of the company which had lost the market exposure
Aggressive marketing and sales activities to achieve short, medium and long term goals of the company
Laying off of excessive and non-productive staff of the company
HR & technical trainings of the staff for better performance
Focused and targeted sales activities
Being the head of technical & business operations of the company on National & International basis, following were my job responsibilities:
• Rightsizing of company technical & business operations, to minimize the company deficit
• Laying-off of excessive staff, which were lacking expertise
• Induction of effective and powerful team members in all divisions of the company
• Introduction of new and more practical business plan of the company, with the introduction of newer products
• Training of existing team for better skills and creation of SOP
• Signing few very good business deal, which recently includes Dunya TV (a Mega Uplinking Project) and hit a “Record Sales” of almost Rs. 160 Million (for past seven years of company operations)
Being responsible for Nationwide Head for all Technical and Business Operations of the company, following were my job responsibilities and list of tasks which were performed by me:
• Implementation of QoS (quality of Service) over existing ISP infrastructure of the company
• Rightsizing the E1 connectivity of the company which were acting as company backbone for its technical operations
• Launching of DSL services of the company and its selling

Being the head of all technical & Operational activities of the company across the country following were my responsibilities:
• Designing Link Budgets, Fade Margin & Path Profile Calculations to produce pre-installation s guarantee for the committed BER both for Satellite / Radio Networks.
• Correspondence with the Satellite Authorities in terms of Data Transmission Plan (DTP), Satellite Space Segment for Up & Downlink Frequencies.
• Supervision of installations, Testing, Commissioning and Operations of all SCPC, MCPC, DAMA, TDMA Satellite Networks.
• Installations of almost all kinds of Satellite Antenna (1.2 M to 9.1M), conducting antenna and carrier calibration Test with Satellite.
• Supervision of the installations of Radio Projects including erection of almost all kinds of Towers i.e. Guy-Supported and Self-Supported Towers for Spread Spectrum and Narrow Band Networks.
• Created almost 60 VSAT/ Radio Networks for following customers of National & International repute:

• Installation, Testing, Final Commissioning and Trouble shooting of all National & International circuits.
• Pre-installation surveys, client-coordination and VSAT Marketing.

• Created high speed data circuits until to 2Mbps for Voice & Data applications.
Also remained involved within the installation, operation and trouble shooting of the Cross-Connect & Drop Insert Muxes on 2 Mbps Fiber Optics streams of PTCL, on long distance and Junction cables, which provided the Backbone for the Networking. Some other responsibilities include:
• Separation of channels from 2Mbps Streams via Muxes
• Creation of WAN & LAN channels for Voice & Data
• Installation of Networking equipment like Data Termination Units (DTU), Lease line & Dial-up Modems etc.
Managed and supervised the following for the BLT Project of PTCL for the expansion of its communication Network:
• Civil Work and Asbuilt Designing.
• Fiber Optics laying and Jointing.
• Primary and Secondary cable laying.
• Termination of Cable at DP, Cabinet & MDF.
