Development and implementation of Project HSE Plans and procedures. Monitor the strict compliance of Permit to Work system at work site and daily re- evaluation.
 Perform hazard identification and prepare Risk Assessments/Job Safety Analysis prior to start all activities through spot visits and coordination/review meetings with operations and execution teams.
 Ensure that all operating tools & equipment and firefighting equipment’s are inspected/approved and meet project HSE requirements prior to mobilizing at venue site.
 Providing training to all temporary and permanent staff as per risk assessment and TNAs. Ensure the execution of on-spot training program and train the project team and ensuring that HSE documentations are properly maintained in all regions.
 Conduct incident investigations to perform incident evaluation by analyzing the root cause to place effective corrective and preventive measures.
 Creating HSE culture by executing different programs and campaigns (i.e.: tests, Fire safety drills, incentive-based system etc.) to create awareness about HSE for the employees and subcontractors.
 Frequently review workplace practices and recommend ways in which processes and systems can be improved.
 Monitoring the timely implementation of corrective actions identified during HSE assessments.
 Conducting site HSE induction for new employees, visitors and sub-contractors.
 Monitor site/ field activities guiding employees in order to control/ eliminate unsafe acts & conditions through positive feedback& effective counseling.
 Ensuring provision of welfare facilities for the workers and continuous monitoring.
 Inspection of the equipment’s physically, such as, Crane, Skid loader, Tele Handlers, Excavators etc.
 Evaluation and inspection of the HSE related documents and compliance as per the requirement of EPC and Client.
 Issuing and closing of observations and NCRs on timely basis and sharing the closeouts immediately.
 Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives.
 Conduct Fire and Medical Emergency Drills at job site to increase the awareness of employees on how to react and deal with real emergencies.
 Participating actively in onsite HSE inspections, safety committee meetings, Toolbox talk meetings, safety leadership training, incident investigations, QA/QC internal/external Audits and pre-task planning sessions.
 Manage Sub-Contractor conformance to Project HSE requirements.
