Project Manager Role:
• Executing different marketing and brand promotional campaigns & projects of Multinational brands as and when given by the management (Unilever, Pepsi, Tapal, 7up, Toni & Guy, Dew, FAL, Bold, Knorr etc)
• Pre & post evaluation, planning and budgeting of projects
• Hiring of resources (Selection, extensive training, evaluation)
• Managing and ensuring proper procurement and timely availability of it.
• Ensuring quality assurance and quality controlling of projects and execution of projects in a cost effective manner
• Ensuring targets achievement of projects effectively and efficiently (Based on ROI, KPI and as its been asked by the clients)
Safety Lead Role:
• Responsible for the implementation of project based HSE Plans and the HSE management system of the company.
• Responsible for hazard identification and risk assessment control measures’ implementation.
• Advise the operations team of any deviations in implementing the HSE procedures and so keeping informed the line management regarding HSE requirements, practices and performance.
• Interact with client representatives and for overall HSEMS implementation.
• Compile monthly reports on HSE observations & findings, analyzing and share final report with top management.
• Creating project based budgeting for HSE related matters and ensuring that cost does not exceed from the approved budget.
• Provide training sessions to all temporary and permanent staff. Ensure the implementation of on spot training program and train the project team and ensuring that HSE documentations are properly maintained in all regions.
• Responsible for monitoring, measuring and analyzing HSE performance of project and report to the CEO for necessary action.
• Responsible for ensuring that all operating equipment, tools & other related elements are complying with HSE standards.
• Ensure proper implementation of the company incident reporting procedure and taking corrective and preventive measures to avoid such incidents in future.
• Ensure the implementation of the company’s control of documents and records procedure for all HSE matters.
• Liaison with the site store keeper for HSE items, equipment and gears stocks and initiate purchase request as required.
• Take ownership of company’s HSE policy, objectives and ensure the implementation at project site.
• To continually monitor the environmental impact of the company’s activities at a given projects and report areas of concern or areas where improvements can be made.
• Create HSE related documentations, policies and procedures.
• Ensure the Company HSE plan, Policy and procedures are being implemented effectively
• Creating HSE culture and executing different programs and campaigns to create awareness about HSE for the employees and subcontractors.
• Conducting audits in all regional offices and on spots, sharing findings with CEO and suggesting all corrective actions where required.
• Ensure that all external audits are well executed and NCs (if any) must be rectified and reported to concerns.
• frequently review work practices and recommend ways in which processes and systems can be improved
• To manage Health Safety & Environment system in all activities (mainly vehicle safety). Support development of safety strategy to achieve sustainable HSE excellence by reducing injuries, illnesses, environmental impact associated with each activity of all clients such as; (Unilever, SHELL, Telenor, Coca Cola).
- Effectively monitoring of Activation safety Monitoring systems.
- Develop & Maintain safety KPIs.
• Conducting Spot audits and follow-ups nationwide and ratifying errors and ensuring smooth safety process on periodic basis.
• Conducts inspections of work area and equipment for compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Conducting Activity personnel’s trainings with regard of vehicle & spot safety and security Develop, coordinate and deliver HSE training programs to the workforce and management.
• HSE SOPs implementation and their monitoring and conducting trainings/refreshers of BAs, supervisors, Drivers, employees on monthly basis.
• Conducting pre-risk assessment of all projects
• Conducting Vehicle safety audits on monthly basis and ensuring its proper safety. Making sure that fire extinguishers and first aid boxes are available in good condition in all vehicle.
• Conducting Monthly safety meeting in office and ensuring the presence of all departmental representatives.
• Ensure Off-site safety event checklist preparation and implementation during all events.
• Reporting all incidences, reports and log sheets to Unilever as per the SOP.
• Ensuring office safety by utilizing all possible resources and purchasing of safety equipment for office usage.
• Actively participate in formal and informal communication to increase and enhance the understanding and awareness of HSE issues.
• Developing SOPs for all personnel in each activity and sharing it with Unilever.
• Taking CEO/HOO for monthly safety audits.
• Investigate accidents that have been occurred on incident spots and sharing the briefed results with all concerned authorities.
• frequently review work practices and recommend ways in which processes and systems can be improved
- Responsible for over all Recruitment & Retention section of both units of ITL
- Maintaining and updating resume bank ( both hard and soft)
- Arranging c.v bank through different resource channels. ( head hunters, news papers, through references, through web portals, internet )
- Sorting c.vs as per the desired position
- Arranging interviews for all cadres
- Conducting interviews of all cadres
- Shortlisting candidates for further interview
- Arranging Summer internship programs
- Participating in different job fairs and visiting institutes
- Negotiating on salary after selecting the candidate
- Coordinating and making close contact with Line managers and HODs for the current and future openings
- Accomplishment of RFT and OTIF through Performance contract
- Reporting to Deputy manager HR and assisting him in overall HR practices.
- Sorting c.vs and arranging interviews
- Making and arranging interview schedules after tying up with line managers.
- Conducting in-house trainings
- Making annual and weekly in-house and out source training rosters.
- Responsible for maintaining training hall, arranging necessary stationary, items as required.
- Conducting Training and trainer assessment after training
- Was assigned project "Upgrading medical record on SAP "
- Was supporting and coordinating with AM HR operations for the project of "TIME MANAGEMENT SYSTEM"
- Grievance handling and performing day to day operation's tasks
- I worked as a Management trainee officer in my last semester of MPA.
- I did and internship in my last semester of honors in KESCO particularly in HR Operations
