Project Manager Role:
• Executing different marketing and brand promotional campaigns & projects of Multinational brands as and when given by the management (Unilever, Pepsi, Tapal, 7up, Toni & Guy, Dew, FAL, Bold, Knorr etc)
• Pre & post evaluation, planning and budgeting of projects
• Hiring of resources (Selection, extensive training, evaluation)
• Managing and ensuring proper procurement and timely availability of it.
• Ensuring quality assurance and quality controlling of projects and execution of projects in a cost effective manner
• Ensuring targets achievement of projects effectively and efficiently (Based on ROI, KPI and as its been asked by the clients)

Safety Lead Role:
• Responsible for the implementation of project based HSE Plans and the HSE management system of the company.
• Responsible for hazard identification and risk assessment control measures’ implementation.
• Advise the operations team of any deviations in implementing the HSE procedures and so keeping informed the line management regarding HSE requirements, practices and performance.
• Interact with client representatives and for overall HSEMS implementation.
• Compile monthly reports on HSE observations & findings, analyzing and share final report with top management.
• Creating project based budgeting for HSE related matters and ensuring that cost does not exceed from the approved budget.
• Provide training sessions to all temporary and permanent staff. Ensure the implementation of on spot training program and train the project team and ensuring that HSE documentations are properly maintained in all regions.
• Responsible for monitoring, measuring and analyzing HSE performance of project and report to the CEO for necessary action.
• Responsible for ensuring that all operating equipment, tools & other related elements are complying with HSE standards.
• Ensure proper implementation of the company incident reporting procedure and taking corrective and preventive measures to avoid such incidents in future.
• Ensure the implementation of the company’s control of documents and records procedure for all HSE matters.
• Liaison with the site store keeper for HSE items, equipment and gears stocks and initiate purchase request as required.
• Take ownership of company’s HSE policy, objectives and ensure the implementation at project site.
• To continually monitor the environmental impact of the company’s activities at a given projects and report areas of concern or areas where improvements can be made.
• Create HSE related documentations, policies and procedures.
• Ensure the Company HSE plan, Policy and procedures are being implemented effectively
• Creating HSE culture and executing different programs and campaigns to create awareness about HSE for the employees and subcontractors.
• Conducting audits in all regional offices and on spots, sharing findings with CEO and suggesting all corrective actions where required.
• Ensure that all external audits are well executed and NCs (if any) must be rectified and reported to concerns.
• frequently review work practices and recommend ways in which processes and systems can be improved

• Ensuring office safety by utilizing all possible resources and purchasing of safety equipment for office usage.
• Actively participate in formal and informal communication to increase and enhance the understanding and awareness of HSE issues.
• Developing SOPs for all personnel in each activity and sharing it with Unilever.
• Taking CEO/HOO for monthly safety audits.
• Investigate accidents that have been occurred on incident spots and sharing the briefed results with all concerned authorities.
