Pre Contract Management Roles:
• Participate in feasibility studies, including assessment of building costs and formulate budget estimates.
• Analyze the economics of construction by examining running and maintenance costs and producing long-term preventative plans and programing maintenance.
• Attend pre-tender meetings and participate in pre-tender site visits to prepare concise reports and advice on project contractual requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimation, evaluate unit rates, BOQ preparation and quantity take-off measurements, cost analysis, and study for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of various contract types.

• Analyse, investigate and report on claims submitted by sub-contractors including negotiations to settle claims, and prepare purchase orders and claims for suppliers and subcontractors in all negotiations.
• Advise management on forecasted negative cash flows to overcome the obstacles, monitor cost and time to prevent cost & time overruns and advise on acceleration.
• Provide contractual advice on ongoing project contractual requirements.
• Prepare value engineering proposal advising its suitability and potential cost benefit.
• Provide cost reports and Cost control advice for ongoing projects and Verify, certify and validate supplier and vendor payments applications, prepare claims including narrative, keep track and update Claim log and management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contractual correspondences for Employer, Engineer, Subcontractor and interface coordination, notices for EOT & Claims.
• Site management and prepared Interim Payment Applications (IPA), Certified Subcontractor’s Interim Payments, Final Account and Final Turnover Documentation, etc.
• Ensured that designs as well as construction costs were within clients' budget. Undertake cost planning and cost checking during design and/or supervision periods and establish and implement cost control system throughout the design and construction period.
• Issued notices on time for the claims, delays, variations, or any other circumstances that require notices under the Contract.
• Prepared tender documents and tender floating, tender evaluation and tender submissions including preparation of technical and commercial proposals for bidding.
• Performed taking-off quantities and BOQ Preparation.
• Assessed variation and prepared BOQ for variation.
