▪ Leads and manages the receiving team, including performance reviews, staff training & development,
hiring, terminations, and counseling
▪ Ensure that receiving department is following processes of receiving product accurately and signing for
all important information
▪ Responsible for onboarding and the training of new and cross training of existing associates
▪ Maintain and develop a productive receiving department by training and motivating receiving associates
▪ Participating in daily staff meetings to keep the Operations team abreast of shifts, ensuring priorities and
keeping communication open and continuous
▪ Receive all incoming packages, keep log book on all incoming and outgoing packages
▪ Follow up the food expiry procedure according company policy.
Inventory, reciept consignment, caring stock, ordering refilling stock, visiting to customer for growth in sale, handling sale resonsibility as area sales supervisor, reporting to scm. Preparing Staff time sheet for payroll, focus on company sale, arrange meeting of sales team for better business achievement. keep a close eye for product expiry, protect fresh food dairy product from bacteria. peste conteoll if neccessory
Material handling, reciept and issue material, inbond out bond shipment, preparing damages, shortages, non moving item report, inventory cycle counting and annual preparation, time sheet preparation, incentive and bonus preparation, manpower handling, warehouse and equipment machinaries maintenance responsible.
Reciept and follow up for shipment of yacht, Jetskeys, Boats, spare parts with Clearing ageent in port. Comparing the invoice of consignment with original Purchase Order. Reciept inventory in stock, update stock and allocate spare part in the shelf. Arrange sufficient area for up coming yachts, boats, jetskeys shipment. Verify with account for supplier deposited payment.
Responsible for all Store stock, inventory, Inbound / Out bound, Local Deliveries, Out side Deliveries, Transportation Management, Billings, Coordination with Sales team, Account Dept, HR Dept, Placing Order for import materials, Creating Quotation, Coordinating with supplier.creating Sales Report for MIS Meeting, Arrenging and forwarding bills to account to the payment.
