• Provide comprehensive end-to-end Solution Design and Delivery Services.
• Provide Consultancy as "Technical Pre-Sales" for various Enterprise Solutions.
• Provide expertise to identify and translate customers' Business / Technical requirements into a desired and competitive solution.
• Provide / Design expertise for complete “Technology Adoption Lifecycle” (Planning, Designing, Deploying and Managing) of cost-effective solutions.
• Visiting customers to extend the support to increase the business and help Sales Team to achieve their targets.
• Provide Solution Technical Write-up and Technical Documentation.
• Tender Handling and providing the right solution needed to comply with the tender requirements.
• Coordinating with the vendors to make sure the right solution and timely proposal delivery to meet the dead lines of the Bids, Tenders and RFQs on
o Servers, Storage and Backup Products from Dell EMC, HPE, Fujitsu, NetApp, Huawei and Oracle Sun.
o Software Licenses from Microsoft, RHEL, VMware and Oracle.
o Backup Applications from Veritas’ Backup Exec & NetBackup, VEEAM, EMC Networker, Comvault Simpana and Dell AppSure.
o Software Defined Storage (NAS/SAN) for High Availability and Business Continuity.

• Supervised the team members and provided training to enable them to accomplish the day to day task.
• Represented the Department on several occasions to keep the presence of the Business Unit and Company.
