Major Job Responsibilities:

• Submission of monthly VAT returns for all the companies online to DZIT.
• Overseeing Finance & Account deptt. and all day to day accounting functions, month-end and year-end closing processes and consolidation of the group
• Responsible for external audit, Zakat & Tax filings
• Generating, uploading and processing of WPS files for payroll and coordinating with HR department for uploading the same to ministry website.
• Preparation of Detailed analysis along with a graphical presentation for all companies including all concepts (Restaurants).
• Preparation of monthly Dashboard for the Shareholders along with KPI’s summary.
• Periodic Reporting packages along with commentary of variance analysis of financial results to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Managing working capital, insurance plan and health coverage and maintenance of inventory and fixed assets.
• Preparation of forecasts & budgets and comparison of these with actual performance.
• Liaison with banks for securing and managing funds for new projects, renewal of facilities.
• Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the group

Al-Mathaaq Group was founded in 2009. It is owned by Al-Sulaiman group (IKEA KSA) and Asyad Group. It consists of Hospitality, Intellectual property, Catering and Real Estate Development. In addition to the various real estate projects the group currently own and operate a number of fine dining restaurants both under third party franchise agreements as well as its own brands.
