Detailed Duties and Responsibilities: -
1. Ensures that product receipt, storage, order’s preparation, and distribution are conducted according to the current approved system by QA department.
2. Frequently checks the store, cold rooms and distribution vehicles for hygiene and cleanliness .Ensure proper filling of the cleaning logbooks by the cleaning operators.
3. Conducts document control for all documents related to product quality during storage and distribution.
4. Checks calibration and maintenance status of all instruments / equipment and check that all calibration tools are certified.
5. Reads the data loggers for temperature readings during products transportation, and forwards to QA manager for release decision. Monitors the readings of on-line temperature monitoring system during distribution and instruct the distribution officer regarding the goods delivery.
6. Ensures that the environmental conditions in the store are controlled and monitored according to the adopted procedure, and meet specifications. Checks and signs on daily basis the temperature readings from the cold rooms/fridge and transportation vehicles, and on weekly basis the temperature and humidity readings from the stores. Report any deviation to the QA manager .
7. Checks on a daily basis the alarm systems report on the environmental monitoring data, fire alarm systems, security alarms and reports alarms incidents to QA manager.
8. Frequently testing the validity of the alarm systems with the inhouse maintenance team/contractors, according to the approved system.
9. Periodically inspects building, stores, landscape, and stores surrounding areas for cleanliness .
10. Ensures compliance of product distribution with good distribution activities (Vehicles preconditioning, Temperature sensors monitoring, Goods loading inside vehicles, Goods delivering to customers, Distribution routes commitment and Emergency situations handling and reporting).
11. Conduct internal quality audits on the company departments and report any inspection results in writing to the quality manager.
12. Conducts the control and the distribution of all documents for all departments.
13. Assists in the preparation of the annual training program for the employees.
14. Assists the quality manager in conducting external audits for suppliers to ensure compliance to quality system.
15. Initiates CAPA cases and needed reports in cases of deviations, complaints, recalls, internal and external audits and inspections outcomes.
16. Assists the QA manager in handling customer complaint cases and follow up reports
17. Assists QA manager in handling recall cases and follow up reports .
18. Periodically check the efficiency of the insects and rodent control system.
19. Record daily temperature of cold rooms and warehouse by laser thermometer
20. Monitor warehouse safety, AC units and other electrical appliances and follow up with AAW and maintenance people
21. Downloading temperature deviation reports through temperature data loggers
22. Supervising cleaners and security person.
23. Work related duties requested by the QA manager .
