 Implementation of the Organizational Chart, Job Profiles, Policies and Procedures.
 Slashed recruitment cost by eliminating consultancy firm.
 Saved approximately 500, 000/- year on year via negotiation skills while dealing with Group Medical, Group Life & Motor Insurance.

PROFILE: GROUP HR MANAGER - Reporting to Executive Director and Chairman
Duration: Dec 2015 to date

Decision Making:
 Responsible for providing end to end HR support to all divisions within the business.
 Prepared & proposed annual budget and cost control policies for the department.
 Setup HR Department in Paradigm Pioneers Group from Scratch to full fledge functional department.
 Develop, implement and monitor all HR strategies (amend as and when required).
 Created Job Descriptions for entire employees of group. Identified jobs into job families and designed organizational charts.
 Design, implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.

Recruitment & Onboarding:
 Responsible for conducting cost-effective local and overseas recruitment sessions (via travelling to different countries) for entire business units, mostly recruiting native (Western) speaking teachers in-house

Performance Management (KPI & KRA):
 Conduct employee evaluation periodically via KPI & KRA.
 Tracking Performance of Individuals on the basis of KPI & KRAs.
 Receiving feedbacks about employee performance from department heads and recommend for appraisal.

Employee Engagement & Training and Development:
 Identify, Plan, develop and implement Training and Development (TNA) programs to ensure management and staff acquire the skills and develop the competencies required by the organization.
 Manage the training calendar in line with business requirements for specialized courses.
 Monitor the success of the Training imparted.
 Conducted various Employee Engagement activities & Satisfaction Survey

Payroll:
 Responsible for processing error free payroll for 1000 plus employees.
 Approving and verifying monthly salary/time sheet summary of employees for payroll purpose with utmost accuracy and efficiency to minimize/obliterate any kind of disputes and errors.
 Accurate calculation of full & final settlements, gratuity calculations.

 Supervising and supporting employee relations team in providing professional advice and guidance to staff at all levels on HR issues in order to ensure that company policies and procedures are properly applied and implemented and high standards in HR practice are achieved and maintained.
 Provide pre-requisites of payroll management to Finance dept., Corporate HR team. Coordinate relevant approvals and review final payroll before dispatch. Administer Payroll with utmost accuracy and efficiency to minimize/obliterate any kind of disputes and errors.
 Liaising, negotiating with various manpower agencies for deployment of contract helpers.
 Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and work very closely with Head of PRO for any issues.
 Liaising with newspaper/magazine agencies to release advertisements.
