My role is to provide strategic, digital, innovation, operational & analytical support for necessary business transformation in HR 4.0 - helping enterprise HR & talent executives embrace the effectiveness benefits of automation. This will entail key competency in Finance, Commercial, digital, innovation, Marketing, Human Resource, Branding, Budgeting, Business Valuation, P&L and marginal profitability analysis.
In addition to this core competence, analysis of data in terms of opportunities for cost optimization and white space identification that will be key to successful assimilation into this role. Performing a challenging and diverse role as project manager is often responsible for overseeing multiple areas of a business. As project manager i have to review existing processes, resources and systems, and make any changes to the company where necessary. As Senior Managing Consultant - People Solution i have to communicate effectively between clients and internal departments to maintain strong relationship across the organization and with external stakeholders.

• Project Management of all stages, work within the established procedures to achieve a professional, ethical, reliable and cost effective total Procurement service through Market Research, Budget, and Estimating evaluations. Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
