I worked as a Quality Coordinator with Mohammad bin Naif Medical center, Border Guards, Riyadh. My job mainly included: • Coordination: To oversee, coordinate, direct and prioritize Quality improvement activities of the center. • Systems Development: To frame Policies & Procedure manuals, Clinical Protocols, Work Instructions, Forms & formats, registers, etc. in cooperation with the departments. • Capacity Building: Identifying training needs and then provide training on the standards and required practice to staff. • Performance/Outcome Monitoring: Monitoring and review of the Key performance indicators (KPI) periodically. • Gap Analysis: Conducted detailed Gap Analysis of structure, process and outcome parameters with respect to CBAHI standards. Member of Infection control team: • Conducting rounds, monitoring infection control practices with staff, collected infection data from departments, train staff on implementation of infection control practices.
