• Preparing a detailed Cost Estimate for Buildings (Residential or Commercial).
• Preparing details of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
• Calculate the total steel used in the building by their bar numbers and unit weight.
• Draw the steel drawings on AutoCAD along with their sections and internal details.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed by workers and subcontractors to
maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor the quality of work being performed on the site and report any deficiencies or issues to the
Site Supervisor.
• Assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of laborers and subcontractors on the site,
ensuring they are working under project plans and specifications.
• Mark the point in construction Alignment by using Auto level. - Address and resolve issues or conflicts
that arise on the site, and report major problems to the Site Supervisor.
