 Successfully implementation of Collection @ Work Unit, in order to help financially distressed customers, by arranging workshops in company premises or in Mashreq Branches.
 Personally meeting with HR personnel to build & maintain business relationships with employers where salary credits are delayed or stopped.
 Insurance Claim Process revamped in order to reduce TAT of claims. Reduced Reject Rates from 20% to 5% in coordination with Business, Insurance Operations and Insurance Company.
 Risk Charge plan for H1 2014, full year 2013 and 2012 were achieved.
 Managing SME Loans, Retail Loans and Credit Card’s delinquent portfolio.
 Monthly preparation of allocation strategies.
 Analyzing bucket balances, forecasting month-end bucket performances.
 Analyze and report to credit policy all non-performing loans and non-functional companies for suspensions and de-listing/degrading.
 Implementation of promotions and different collection strategies for domestic / overseas collection agencies.
 Manage In-House team, Agency Managers along with 30 collectors in domestic agencies and 20 collectors in Genpact (Collection Agency in India) and is also responsible for their growth and skill development.
 Monitor and maintain the KPIs, monthly performances and Call quality reviews.
 Personally visiting SME customers, where outstanding balances are more than 300K for building business relationship and ensuring these accounts are removed from arrears.
 Assessing financial statements, stock worth, sales & purchase invoices for SME customers who are financially distressed, in order to offer them with suitable restructure / easy payment plans.
 Weekly meetings with Business and Policy to provide inputs in lending policy, discuss all accounts up to 60 dpd, understand their financial strength, finalize restructure plans, postponement plans or interest breaks or any exceptional approvals (if required).
 Handled delinquent portfolio of mortgage loans, where headcount was maintained within the plan of 7 collectors.
 Entry rate of 90+ dpd were controlled at 1% and 180+ dpd were maintained at 6% of total mortgage portfolio.
 Regular follow ups were being done with legal team to ensure foreclosures, civil suits and Interpol cases are filed in timely manners.
 Gallup Employee Engagement Score has consistently improved (4.02 in 2013, 3.57 in 2012 and 3.26 in 2011).
 Manage audit requirements for the agencies to be within the prescribed guidelines / standards and conduct monthly and quarterly reviews.
 “SATISFACTORY” Rating received in Audit held for Collections & Recovery Dept in 2013 & 2014 and for Mortgage Restructuring & Collection Unit in 2012
