I am currently Sr. HSE Manager at ACWA Power on the 2.0 GW Haden IPP in KSA and completed 2.66 GW Al-Shuaibah Solar IPP - two of the largescale projects in KSA. At peak I managed HSSE compliance across 6, 000+ workers and multiple EPC and SC contractors, satisfying IFC Performance Standards and EBRD E&S requirements throughout construction and commissioning. Prior to this, as EHS Regional Manager at CTRLS Data Centers, I built and ran regional HSE programs across concurrent construction projects in India, from mobilization through operational handover.

The data center environment - its sequencing of trades, the criticality of LOTO and electrical safe systems during energization and IST, the need to align EPC contractors, commissioning specialists, OEM teams and client representatives around one coherent safety framework is the territory I know well. I have led pre-energization readiness reviews, directed arc flash assessments and switching protocols under live conditions, and managed safe commissioning of GIS switchgear, UPS systems, transformers, chiller plants, fuel systems, and critical power infrastructure across multiple projects.

On the KSA operating environment specifically, I have been based here continuously since mid-2023 and hold an active KSA visa. I have direct experience working within SEC & NCEC regulatory frameworks, IFC and EBRD lender compliance requirements, and the multilingual, multi-nationality workforce dynamics typical of major construction programmes in the Kingdom. The 5-Star SEC Compliance Award I received on the Sakaka PV IPP - KSA's first utility-scale solar project reflects the standard of HSE governance I bring.
