- Maintain the positive work environment for the employees
- Ensure contracts, medical insurance, government regulations, and safety
standards are follow properly
Organize and coordinate the employees contracts
- Prepare employees letters (identification, banks, etc.)
- Issue work licenses for expats employees.
- Prepare the invitation letters for business visits
Recruitment process
- Arrange the interviews schedules
- Monitor and update employees files
- Prepare contracts for new hires and for medical test reports
