Responsible To:
• Ensure the implementation of TRAKHEES HSE Construction safety rules & regulation; project going on under the TRAKHEES jurisdiction
• Ensure all construction activities are meeting Green Building Regulation to attain the sustainability standards
• Implement the Dubai Municipality HSE code of construction safety practice; the project going on under the direct DM jurisdiction
• Prepare & review the Project QHSE Plan in line with client requirements and the respective OHSAS / ISO standards, and the Contractual, Statutory and the Company’s requirements.
• Organize a Crisis Management Team to deal with emergency situation at site and delegated with the responsibility of site Fire Safety and Environmental Protection persons
• Conducting internal audits to verify legal compliance (DM&TRAKHEES) & compliance with OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001
• Advising the senior management on changes in legal requirements
• Compiling weekly & monthly statistics from all projects & presenting to the senior management

• Producing concise reports for managers on Health and Safety matters.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing regulatory and compliance data and trends.

To promote environmental awareness among the entire workforce at project through trainings, tool box talks (TBTs), Bulletins, handout & flyers etc.
Ensure the implementation of waste management plan.
Monitor the waste management practices and ensure proper tracking of effective segregation, safe handling of hazardous & non - hazardous wastes and proper disposals.
Train and educate the concerned personnel regarding clinical / biological & toxic wastes and also hazardous chemicals handling techniques.
Reporting to HSE manager; in the absence of HSE manager own his tasks with responsibility & honestly.
Internee in Transformer Unit.
• Ensure that NCR has the documented processes and procedures to consistently produce high quality products and services.
• Improve part quality and ensure field quality performance reaches company targets through failure analysis, reliability testing and supplier audits.
• Provide technical feedback to Manufacturing, SLM, Repair Suppliers, Engineering and Services on product and service Quality.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop test capability for critical parts.
• Highlight issues that impact our ability to meet customer satisfaction and company goals and ensure an effective, complete and efficient resolution.
• Leads and participates on action teams to improve Quality, ensure that an adequate Quality Management system is maintained and audited (e.g., ISO90000, ISO14001) Basic Requirements.
