- Managed the cost, design, development and delivery of temporary event/exhibitions.
- Coordinated and liaised closely between external vendors, the main client, contractors and suppliers.
- Managed design elements including technologically advanced digital content, innovative tools and elements that will provide unique visitor journeys.
- Supported the project teams in all aspects of fit-out and finishes, including design development, procurement and construction.

- Liaised with relevant departments, and stakeholders to ensure operational delivery requirements are planned, integrated and agreed for all aspects of ceremonies & daily productions;
- Worked closely with operational departments and functional areas to implement the operational plans for the ceremonies & daily productions department, including integration with overall venue management planning, site programming and the master calendar.
- Managed the operation of ceremonies & daily productions support spaces including the ceremonies compound (technical/props/scenic workshops and storage), cast rehearsal and welfare spaces, creative preview suite, production offices and control rooms.
