•Capable to manage 30K plus shipments & able to handle them with team work.
•Checking daily reports & clearing back long with timely manners.
•Controlling accidents with the help of EHS team & daily briefing.
•Maintaining Housekeeping to provide good atmosphere.
•Getting dictations from higher management & implementing as timely manners & as per business needs.
•Making meetings with other departments like EHS, Fleet, HR, as per daily needs.
•Making best planning to make events successful like White Friday, Eid Sales, etc.

Currently working in Souq.com As last mile Supervisor handling 10000 Shipments daily basis with target of 85% success rate.
