Following up Company cars insurance and pass checking renewals, tenancy contracts for all company equipment and proprieties.
Following up all stuff visa renewal, passports, Labour cards, sending all types of letters and memo(warning, renewals etc..)
* (Propriety Management) Managing more than 300 units, villas and ware houses.
* Making EJARI agreements for all the tenants.
* Sending the renewal letters three month before expiring date as per EJARI LAW to all tenants.
* Attending all complains and calls from all tenants and follow with the maintenance company to fix the problems as soon as possible.
* Deposit rent cheques and check post box and pay DEWA & SEWA BillS on line.
* PRO Of the company (Labor Office, Economic Department, General Directorate Of Residency and Foreign Affairs.
* Following up visa renewal for the stuff and employees.
Taking company cars to service .
* Time management and attendance of supervisors and Drivers.
* Provide a professional and courteous report of all Supervisors and Drivers to direct manager.
* Maintain the filing system of the Supervisors and Drivers leave application, loan application Sick leave
etc…

* Management and Business Administration three years Passed in First Division with Grade (Very Good) from Collage of Continuous & Future Studies, Khartoum , Sudan.
Management Information Systems with Grade (Very Good) from Lana Institute Khartoum , Sudan.
Translation From English to Arabic Language & vise versa with Grade (Excellent) from UNESCO (United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization) Khartoum , Sudan.
(Microsoft office) from Al Garbia institute for computer sciences with Grade (Excellent).
