Job description and responsibilities:
• Managing the Raw material, Processing, Packaging material, Storage, and Shipment planning.
• Managing Quality Control.
• Planning and controlling the production.
• Stock and inventory management.
• Managing the Executive, Supervisory and production Staffs
• Training and Development of production staff.
• Supervising and planning production.
• Checking and maintaining the required parameters of value added products such as Breaded Products, Cooked Products, Marinated Products, Raw IQF Products, Blanched Products and Chilled Products, etc.
• Organoleptic analysis of Raw Material such as Chicken, Shrimps and Meat, etc.
• Organoleptic analysis of all finished goods.
• Preparing daily production report and reporting to management on daily basis.
