• Feature Development: Responsible for deploying the BPK/BPKe cards, expanding the ZTE RNCs, and driving the feature development with the RF team.
• Network Operations: Commission and integrate NodeB and ENodeB, implement IUR, and deliver 24/7 support for smooth network operation.
• Inspections: Control BSC and multiple BTS and conduct health inspections of RNCs and BCSs.
• Sites Cutover: Ensure seamless cutover of sites from SDH nodes to PTN nodes, optimize BSS/RAN parameters, and conduct Mute Call testing.
• Troubleshooting: Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting Zero Traffic Cells (voice plus data) and contribute to systematic problem-solving efforts.
