Ensure Customer Delivery Date is met by proper Planning and Project Management
Scheduling of booked orders with respect to contractual delivery date across the all plants.
End to End material planning till delivery schedule to ensure timely production and final delivery.
Ensure Production Continuity / Zero Production Stoppage
Monitoring consumption pattern and wastage of material and maintaining their stock level.
Monitoring productivity.
Planning activities through ERP system (SAP) on a dynamic basis to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
To create material master for semi finished or finished Product.
To Prepare BOM & Routing for semi finished or finished material code.
To raise purchase requisition of BOM items.
To create & release Production Order.
To monitor status of production through SAP Reports.
To monitor reports of material consumed through SAP System.
To monitor status of stock position of Raw materials.
Drive the supply chain performance through coordination with marketing, procurement, Operations, costing, Quality Assurance logistics.
Developed and implemented a system to optimize inventory, in order to meet growing and changing customer demand.
Successfully established a model to determine the Plan Yield for HSAW pipes.

Managing entire gamut of tasks in Production planning across Machine shop, Press shop, Heat treatment shop, and Assembly shops, and ensure seamless workflow of operations in order to achieve the monthly plan.
Preparation of Quarterly / Monthly Production and dispatch plan.
Planning activities through ERP system (SAP) on a dynamic basis to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Monthly basis raise the purchase requisition for Raw material and bought out parts.
To create material master for semi finished or finished Product.
To create & release BOM, Routing and Production Order.
Preparation of daily MIS report for management review.
Coordination with marketing, operation, procurement department. For planning, achieving production targets and dispatching finished goods to customer.
Planning for imported long lead items on three month forecasting.
Inventory control along with the tracking on slow moving items and non moving items.
Carry out Time & Motion studies of the plant and machinery used for production and to understand capacity of the manufacturing process.
An active member of implementing TS-16949 activities.
