o Prepare and submit Interim Valuations, Provisional Sum and Prime Cost adjustments, Notice of Variations and Variations with detailed substantiations.
o Invite the quotations from sub-contractors & prepare and submit the techno commercial comparison and report to consultant.
o Evaluate subcontractor invoice and prepare the payment certificate.
o Distribute the certified payment amount and prepare direct payment list for the amounts to be paid by client directly to subcontractor.
o Review, determine and issue approvals of subcontractor Variations and claims.
o Discuss and resolve disputes if any, with client/consultant/subcontractor.
o Prepare and manage various logs such as material on site log, payments log, variations log, NSC payment track log.
o Monitor the progress of works by checking the inspections & by coordinating with site Engineer, construction manager & project manager.
o Advise project execution engineers on commercial and contractual related issues.
o Issue contractual letters, notices.
o Manage the project QS team working in different projects, advice on correct practices, contractual and commercial issues.
o Settle and close the project final account.
