TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
• Business Development for HR Training and HR Consulting
• Facilitating and coordinating Training solutions as a business line and also involved in design and execution
• Core Facilitator in outbound training program
• Co-ordinating the outbound training, Open house training, In house training program and Business Labs

RECRUITMENT
• Screening candidates resume for the right fitment of the job description.
• Handling recruitment process
• Assisting in induction and onboarding process for the company

RESEARCH & CONSULTING
• Supporting the consulting intervention like Assessment centre, 360 degree and Employee satisfaction Survey
• Preparation of various types of reports such as employee satisfaction, 360 degree feedback, IDP reports etc
• Managing Compensation Bechmarking Survey
• Conducting pre - post Survey to analyse the impact of the training programme

OPERATIONS

• Handling clients and vendors empanelment procedure
