Understanding Clients’ HR Branding needs and preparing proposal which meets these requirements
Helping client with HR branding solution from end to end
Helping in developing induction and onboarding process for the company

• Screening candidates resume for the right fitment of the job description.
• Handling recruitment process
• Assisting in induction and onboarding process for the company
RESEARCH & CONSULTING
• Supporting the consulting intervention like Assessment centre, 360 degree and Employee satisfaction Survey
• Preparation of various types of reports such as employee satisfaction, 360 degree feedback, IDP reports etc
• Managing Compensation Bechmarking Survey
• Conducting pre - post Survey to analyse the impact of the training programme
