 Develop Transaction Banking business for the bank by building TB Sales, Product and Operations team for Cash Management, Trade Finance and Security Service.

 Ensure client relationship management and early client engagement for cross sales of Transaction Banking Cash and Trade products to meet bank’s overall revenue aspiration.

 Interact with Sharia Board, Originations, IT, Legal, Compliance and Business Finance to Structure solution for TB Trade Finance and Cash Management product and service.

 Monitor and deliver TB revenue budget and revenue driver for Asset, Liability and Contingent.

 Oversee electronic channel utilization and commercialization of TB service and ensure seamless implementation of Cash Management and Trade Finance mandate.

 Drive Host2Host and SWIFT integration with client’s ERP (SAP, Oracle etc) in conjunction with IT.


Process and Vendor Management:

 Structure and execute BRD (Business Requirement Document) for client specific solution.

 Formulate SLA with internal and external stakeholders i.e. Operations, IT and Vendor to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of Transaction Banking product, service and system for the Bank.

 Identify and advise process improvement for electronic banking /channel activities.

 Conduct UAT and PTR (production trial run) of Transaction Banking product and solution.

Risk and Human Capital Management:

 Work Chief Operation Officer, IT and Compliance to monitor and oversee Transaction Banking Operation risk and compliance issues.

 Conduct presentation and training on Transaction Banking product and service for the clients and internal stakeholders.

 Interact with the top management and key decision makers of various Multi National Corporate and Government bodies to identify and structure a) Cash Management Solution on Collection, Payment, Remittance and Liquidity Management and b) Trade Finance with Trade loan, UPAS, Avalization, Factoring, Supply chain and structured trade finance.

 Drive deal pipeline in CRM and BAU business to ensure achievement of target revenue.

 Work with Global Account Managers on Global RFP and SLA to ensue winning of new mandates for country and regional level to meet bank’s overall revenue target.

 Interact with financial and non financial institutions to enhance country wide collection solutions in order to strengthen cash management portfolio.

 Develop business strategy and client value propositions to significantly increase Transaction Banking Global Corporate cash and trade revenue.


Product and Channel Management:

 Work closely with Products, IT, Credit, Legal and Operations in order to structure and deliver cutting edge Wholesale Bank Cash Management and Trade product solutions for the International Corporate and Government clients.

 Liaise with Client, Solution Deliver and IT team to implement Bank’s internet banking platform and to secure mandate for integration with client’s ERP (SAP, Oracle and JD Edward) with bank back end system.
