Objectives and Responsibilities:
 Ensured and improved the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations. Reviewed financial statements and data.
 Managed operations efficiently.
 Improved processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
 Formulated and implemented departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
 Monitored adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
 Established and maintained the organizational structure.
 Monitored and evaluated performance, management of quality and quantity of employee’s productivity and management of the maintenance of equipment and machinery.
 Facilitated coordination and communication between support and production functions.
 Developed and put in place the Integrated Management System of the Company and managed JV Company Annual Performance Goals.
 Developed and managed the in-Country Eco - System to support the fabrication business.
 Led functional departments of HR, QHSES, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistic and Fabrication.

SMD with total capacity of 3500 MT/Month of steel structure works, site storage tanks, piping, pot shell, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pump stations, SMD is an ISO integrated management system accredited facility, and ASME certified for the manufacturing of PE with “U”, “U2” & “S” stamps, pressure piping with “PP” stamp.

Objectives and Responsibilities:
 Developed business plans, organizational strategies, policies & goals which supported organization’s growth and expansion objectives.

 Excellent financial management, achieved fully P&L accountability both commercial and operational, developed strategic plans, SWOT analyses, budgeting & forecasting...etc., audited and lowered operational cost by 6% through professional management of all departments under operations.
 Developed and implemented robust and dependable estimation processes and analyzed validation procedures for tenders, bidding and projects estimates, resulting in 6% reduction in pricing.
 Analyzed and supervised progress of ongoing projects closely and implemented tighter controls over them to ensure execution within the budgeted costs and scheduled plans to avoid over-runs.
 Instituted performance targets for individuals as well as all departments which led to increase productivity in 8%, to enhance organization’s market share, sales revenues, profitability & customer-base.
 Reduced payroll/benefits & administration costs 4% by negotiating pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of services.
 Participated in development, preparation and implementation of organization’s short term and long range plans and budgets based upon broad organizational goals and objectives.
 Appraised and evaluated the results of the overall business operations jointly with the senior executive management through regular and systematic performance reviews and recommend adoption of corrective & timely measures to address shortfalls and risk exposure.

 Pot shells for ALBA in Bahrain (40, 000, 000 $).

AFSS specialize in fabrication of steel structures, pipe spools & Steel Storage Tanks & coating, with total capacity of 1000 tons/month.

Objectives and Responsibilities: Are the same as per previous experience considering the same designation and the same type of business. In additional managed and planned an expansion with covered area 6000 m2.

Major Projects Handled:- Projects' execution in time within budgeted cost, and with 10-15% net profit.

•Ruwais refinery (Oil & Gas) in UAE/Abu Dhabi - 5, 000 MT (8, 000, 000 $).
•Residential palace in UAE/Abu Dhabi - 6, 000 MT (9, 500, 000 $).

Operations Manager في Gulf Steel Works (GSW), Structural Steel & Process Equipment Fabrication and Erection

GSW with total capacity of 4, 000 MT/Month of Structural steel, Process Equipment for Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals, Water Desalination, Stadiums & Airports. Our clients are Aramco, Sabic, MHI, JGC, SINOPIC, KBR, Saudi Binladin, Snamprogetti, HHI, Samsung Heavy Industries, China Rail and others.

•Objectives and Responsibilities:

•Steered and coordinated the plant operations and headed all departments' estimation, Production, planning, engineering, projects, procurement, HR, QA/QC, dispatch, account, maintenance and safety and steered various activities of the project such as design and engineering, procurement, and site activities etc.
•Prepared and took of required approvals timely both from Management and Client/Consultant and won various technical and commercial claims resulting in ~ 6% earned of contracts value as contractual variations.
•Surpassed targets for plant production, increased productivity, decreased operational costs, and reviewed projects' progress to ensure that the cost is not exceeding estimated but also to achieve profit around ~ 13%.
•Improved overall responsibilities would include setting up systems, operations budgeting, production interface with sales, optimizing on productivity, cost control, quality and customer satisfaction.
•Classified import and local procurement orders of raw material, insured not to exceed budgeted, which led to decrease the total cost by 7-10%.
•Identified of roadblocks coming in the way of project execution well in time and found their solutions for avoiding delays in the project execution
•Liaised with HR Manager to ensure professional manpower requirements are met and developed of an efficient, honest, and motivated team of employees which works hard for achieving the objectives of the project.
•Completed planning for all projects under my management and sequencing of project.
•Developed budgets and approved expenditures for supplies, materials and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.
•Audited and lowered operational cost by 6% through professional management of all departments under operations.
•Spearheaded weekly status meetings to communicate company revenue growth and carried out the internal coordination with various departments in the organization of the project.
•Carried out, managed and enhanced close proximity with the external agencies involved in the project such as consultants, suppliers, transporters, contractors and other agencies connected with the project.
