SMD with total capacity of 3500 MT/Month of steel structure works, site storage tanks, piping, pot shell, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pump stations, SMD is an ISO integrated management system accredited facility, and ASME certified for the manufacturing of PE with “U”, “U2” & “S” stamps, pressure piping with “PP” stamp.

Objectives and Responsibilities:
 Developed business plans, organizational strategies, policies & goals which supported organization’s growth and expansion objectives.

 Excellent financial management, achieved fully P&L accountability both commercial and operational, developed strategic plans, SWOT analyses, budgeting & forecasting...etc., audited and lowered operational cost by 6% through professional management of all departments under operations.
 Developed and implemented robust and dependable estimation processes and analyzed validation procedures for tenders, bidding and projects estimates, resulting in 6% reduction in pricing.
 Analyzed and supervised progress of ongoing projects closely and implemented tighter controls over them to ensure execution within the budgeted costs and scheduled plans to avoid over-runs.

GSW with total capacity of 4, 000 MT/Month of Structural steel, Process Equipment for Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals, Water Desalination, Stadiums & Airports. Our clients are Aramco, Sabic, MHI, JGC, SINOPIC, KBR, Saudi Binladin, Snamprogetti, HHI, Samsung Heavy Industries, China Rail and others.

•Objectives and Responsibilities:

•Steered and coordinated the plant operations and headed all departments' estimation, Production, planning, engineering, projects, procurement, HR, QA/QC, dispatch, account, maintenance and safety and steered various activities of the project such as design and engineering, procurement, and site activities etc.
•Prepared and took of required approvals timely both from Management and Client/Consultant and won various technical and commercial claims resulting in ~ 6% earned of contracts value as contractual variations.
•Surpassed targets for plant production, increased productivity, decreased operational costs, and reviewed projects' progress to ensure that the cost is not exceeding estimated but also to achieve profit around ~ 13%.
•Improved overall responsibilities would include setting up systems, operations budgeting, production interface with sales, optimizing on productivity, cost control, quality and customer satisfaction.
•Classified import and local procurement orders of raw material, insured not to exceed budgeted, which led to decrease the total cost by 7-10%.
•Identified of roadblocks coming in the way of project execution well in time and found their solutions for avoiding delays in the project execution
•Liaised with HR Manager to ensure professional manpower requirements are met and developed of an efficient, honest, and motivated team of employees which works hard for achieving the objectives of the project.
