Organization: Duncan And Ross October 2019 - April 2020 (Contract) Location: Kuwait/Qatar Roles & Responsibilities:
•Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations & details in organized submissions for owner/contractor/ consultant deliverables
•Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up to develop schematic to construction documentation while communicating effectively and offer cross team support.
•Coordinate Landscape design for Podium 2nd and 13th floor with landscape designer and develop schematic landscape design and develop to As built design submission for site works.
•Collaborate with internal, external team members on project deadlines and workflow milestones, QA/QC and follow ISO standards for quality procedures.
•Adhere to BIM standards and check Model for Clash coordination and model Health using BIM standard workflow. Key Projects & Clients: Cundall - Hamad International Airport Qatar KEO International Consultants - Commercial Boulevard district - Al Lusail - Qatar
Location: Pune/Dubai Project Location: Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Angola Description: BIM coordinator & design lead for projects in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Angola Key Projects:
•Madinah Hajj City (Ministry of Finance Saudi Arabia)
•Al-Khail Avenue Mall - Nakheel
•Coca Cola Arena (Meeras Holdings) Roles & Responsibilities:
•Development of Interior Architectural drawings which included Wall and Flooring Finishes Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Furniture Layout Plans, Enlarged Details, Millwork Details.
•Generation of Interior Documents and Manuals.
•Collaborated with Inter-department team members for technical co-ordination.
•Adhered to BIM standards and check Revit Model for Clash coordination and Model Health using BIM standard workflow ___________________
