I am currently working as a Leasing Consultant.
My duties include:
•Sourcing and advertising properties for rent
•Cold calling property management companies and owners to get listings
•Liaising with potential clients via telephone, email or personally
•Networking with other agents in the industry
•Dealing with client inquiries about maintenance, facilities, rent negotiations, area specific needs and requirements such as schools, transport, amenities, parking, shops, etc.
•Negotiating rental agreements with owners/companies on behalf of the client
•Follow up with clients throughout the entire rental contract process to ensure smooth transition from start to finish.
•Our company utilizes a CRM System to provide a smoother and more efficient service to our clients.
I worked for a real estate company in Abu Dhabi dealing mostly with rentals of apartments, villas and retail/office space. I liaised with clients, took them for viewings, dealt with owners and management companies.

I have working knowledge of SOP’s, BOP’s, GMP’s, company policies, rules & regulations, as well as PLC & DCS operated control systems. My role in this position was more supervisory related.
Operations related experience: 15 years experience operating centrifuges (Alfa Laval), catylist converters, deodorizers’, tank farm, blending, heat exchangers, cooling & heating tubes, hot well & cooling tower operations, vacuum systems. 6 years experience in fully- automated plant operations.
Familiar with lock out procedures of machinery.
Experienced in gas plant operations.
Experienced in start-up & shutdown of refinery/plant.
I have a solid 20 years of production experience in operations of edible oil manufacturing, covering:
• Process monitoring (parameter monitoring) of the quality of the various oils being produced
• Quality control (closed system, periodical sampling, laboratory results analysis.)
• Production planning (weekly/daily programs) for internal & external clients.
• Plant safety measures (staff operational & plant operational management)
• Training (new entry training as well as refresher courses for existing staff)
• Administration (Consumable Ordering, Timesheets, Stock sheets, capturing & storage of data on computer as well as in files & logbooks. Computer programs used includes MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel (spreadsheets), Intranet, Internet & Email.)

• I managed a plant that produced 2400 tonne per month (edible oil).
