.Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate person or office.
. Answer, screen and forward incoming calls. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable,
with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
. Organizing and maintaining records, files, and databases.
. Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required.
. Assisting in office tasks like ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating
office maintenance.
. Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require various and hoc requests.
