Accountant at major large-scale FMCG company's headquarters and my job is to Perform, Audit, control, support and guide all the branches related Sales & financial Activities which Include:
• Daily sales orders
• Daily & monthly sales report
• Daily & monthly stock movement report
• Daily & monthly cash flow report
• Day and month end reporting and account reconciliations reports.
• Investigating and resolving queries relating to non payment of invoices.
• Prepare closing AR, FI modules.
• Preparing sales representatives & sales supervisors monthly commissions, Quarterly commissions and campaigns.
• Monthly customers rebate
• Controlling all branches’ expenditures
• Performing Financial GL entries
• Manage, support and train branches stuff ( sales, inventory and treasury Accountants )
• Perform regular and sudden inspection and inventory physical count
• Auditing the branches' staff monthly payroll

With the beginning of final preparations to SAP go-life process, Our company formed a team of best SAP SD key users to be specialized on Supporting sales branches (35 branch) on their daily SAP SD, MM, FI related Processes which included :
• The whole Sales cycle ( sales representatives and customers )
• Inventory related processes
• Cash journal transactions
• Field visits for branches for training and evaluation of branch’s team
